RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We’re a small, independent boutique and operate with a STORE-CREDIT-BASED RETURN POLICY. Approved returns are issued as store credit after inspection. Refunds are not offered as a standard option and are approved only in limited cases involving error or defect.

1. HOW RETURNS WORK AT A-PRIORI

ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT UNLESS A REFUND HAS BEEN EXPLICITLY APPROVED IN ADVANCE.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase. Holiday returns extend to 14 days.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required.
  • Store Credit Only: Approved returns are issued as store credit.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.

2. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Collaborative footwear
  • Personal care products
  • Hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves
  • Jewelry
  • Perishable goods
  • Home goods (objects, candles, books, etc.)

Store credit exceptions may be made at our discretion.


3. REFUNDS (LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY)

Refunds are not a standard option. They are only issued in cases of error or product defect and must be approved before return.

  • Store Credit or Exchange: Default resolution for all approved returns.
  • Store Credit: Never expires and can be used online or in-store.
  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days after inspection.

4. EXCHANGES

We offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style depending on availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.


5. SHIPPING & RETURN GUIDELINES
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use trackable shipping methods.
  • Items over $100 should be insured.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
